Registration Guidelines

  • Registration is mandatory for all members for attending Conference, paper and poster presentations.
  • Registration is mandatory for all faculty, chairpersons, speakers except for protocol.
  • Registration fees shall be considered as on the date of receipt of payment.
  • Please fill all the information required in the website registration form. The details shall be used for communication purpose only.
  • PG students need to submit the certificate of pursuing PG course signed by the HOD.
  • Organizing Committee shall not be liable for change in venue or date due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Registration is mandatory for accompanying persons including children.
  • Accompanying person and children shall not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
  • Only RSACP Members are eligible for participating in award presentations.
  • The registration is non-transferable.
  • Winner of the LUCKY DRAW from FIRST 100 REGISTRATION will be eligible for a surprise gift.
