Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations shall be requested in writing and sent via email to rsacpconindore@gmail.com
Cancellation on or before 31st December 2025-25% registration charges will be deducted.
Cancellation from 1st January 2026 – 28th February 2026 – 50% of registration charges will be deducted.
No refund for any cancellation after 1st March 2026.
The refund process will be done within 90 days after the conference.
Applicable bank charges will not be refunded for online registrations.
