Cancellation & Refund Policy

AlI cancellations shall be requested in writing and sent to by email to rsacpconindore@gmail.com
Cancellation on or before 31st December 2025, 25% registration charges will be deducted.
Cancellation from 1st January 2026 – 15th March 2026, 50% of registration charges will be deducted.
No cancellation OR refund after 15th March 2026.
The refund process will be done within 90 days after the conference.
Applicable bank charges will not be refunded for online registrations.
